Tasty Recipe with leftover Croissants

Servings for 6 persons


50g Extra Flour
Stale croissants or chocolate bread
250ml milk
100g sugar
3 eggs
50g butter
50g almond powder
Dried cherries for decoration
Vanilla extract


  1. Cut the croissants into pieces and put them in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk eggs with milk, add sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the almond powder and mix to combine all
  4. Make a crumble by mixing gently the flour and the butter with your fingers until obtain a dough
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased tray, add the crumble over it and decorate with then the cherries on the top
  6. Bake the cake at 180° for 25 minutes
  7. Serve warm
