Autumnal Couscous with Pomegranate
Ingredients:
400g of EXTRA medium couscous
1 pomegranate
30 cl milk
30g butter
Salt, pepper
Cinnamon
Icing sugar
Preparation:
Pour the Extra couscous in a salad bowl and wet it with 10 dl of milk, season it with salt
Cook the couscous twice as usual
Once cooked, transfer the couscous into a large dish, add 10g of butter then the pomegranate seeds into the couscous. Add the sugar and mix
Serve with pomegranate seeds and cinnamon above the couscous
