250 g Extra Whole Wheat Couscous 2 breast chicken 12 cherry tomatoes 4 onions 4 Artichoke hearts 1 cup of cooked chickpeas 1 handful of coriander 1 tablespoon of oil Sauce 3 tablespoons olive oil ½ tbsp. Harissa Salt Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Preparer the couscous by following the instructions on the packaging.
In a pan, cook the chicken’s breasts in the oil 3 minutes each side, then cut them into strips in the same pan.
Peel and chop the onions. Chop the coriander
Cut the tomatoes and the artichoke into quarters
In a salad bowl, mix the ingredients of the sauce to make a vinaigrette
Add the cooked couscous, the chickpeas, the onions & the tomatoes, the chicken strips. Mix gently and sprinkle with coriander
