Whole Wheat Couscous Tablouleh


250 g Extra Whole Wheat Couscous
2 breast chicken
12 cherry tomatoes
4 onions
4 Artichoke hearts
1 cup of cooked chickpeas
1 handful of coriander
1 tablespoon of oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ tbsp. Harissa
Salt and pepper


  1. Preparer the couscous by following the instructions on the packaging.
  2. In a pan, cook the chicken’s breasts in the oil 3 minutes each side, then cut them into strips in the same pan.
  3. Peel and chop the onions. Chop the coriander
  4. Cut the tomatoes and the artichoke into quarters
  5. In a salad bowl, mix the ingredients of the sauce to make a vinaigrette
  6. Add the cooked couscous, the chickpeas, the onions & the tomatoes, the chicken strips. Mix gently and sprinkle with coriander
