Chocolate donuts


500g of Extra Flour
200 dessert chocolate cream
50g of icing sugar
2 eggs yolks
20g baker’s yeast
15cl warm milk
2tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Oil for frying


  1. Mix the flour and the sugar
  2. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and then pour it over the flour. Mix well
  3. Add the egg yolks, oil and vanilla, salt and stir to combine well. Add a little water if the dough is too dry
  4. Form a smooth ball with the obtained dough. Cover with a plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place
  5. On a floured surface, spread the dough to 2 cm thick. Cut out donuts using a glass or a cookie cutter
  6. Heat the oil in a large pan
  7. Fry the donuts gently and turn halfway through cooking
  8. Place the donuts on paper towel to allow cooling then stuff them with chocolate dessert cream using a piping bag
