Apple Cake


125g of Extra flour
120g brown sugar
3 to 4 apples
3 eggs
120g butter
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 sachet of baking powder


  1. Warm up the oven to 160° (thermostat 5)
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices
  3. Beat the eggs and the sugar
  4. Mix the yeast, the flour and vanilla sugar and whisk well
  5. Add the butter, melted before and mix all and then add the chopped apples
  6. Grease a springform pan with the remained butter, put in the mixture and sprinkle the above with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes
